The Venlo DB report server is currently down, preventing access to all DB-related dashboards and reports. The issue started approximately one hour ago and mirrors a similar incident that occurred earlier this week. Users are encountering database errors when opening dashboards, and direct SQL Server access to the venlo_viper database is also unavailable, with the database reported as inaccessible due to its availability group state.
