Product Catalog teams were able to identify some degradation of a downstream service. The affected service is used throughout the Product Catalog services which could explain the intermittent issues. The owning squad is working the issue and Vista reports there’s some recovery at this point. Incident is ongoing. Next update in 30 minutes.

Vista teams have reported an increase in blocked checkouts for the last 30minutes due to timeouts from EDO when being called by SPEEDO. At this point, it’s estimated to have affected ~350 customers. Engaging on-call for Product Operations to assist.
