UPDATE:

Queued production labels are now printing after an unexpected windows update and restart of the host. It’s unclear whether an update or local windows print spool queue backup caused the issue. Support teams are currently monitoring the issue. Next update in 30 minutes or sooner.

UPDATE:

The cause of the duplicate label issue was identified and fixed via patch, after which the print jobs stopped being sent to the printer. This is currently under investigation.
An additional problem that was found with hooping station failures has also been resolved. Next update in 30 minutes.

Production in RNO have reported that SAP labels are being reprinted despite the actual PO entered. Teams have already tried to restart the devices without any success. Fulfillment support and dev teams are already reviewing the issue. Next update in 30 minutes or sooner.
