UPDATE:

Fulfillment and local IT teams have diagnosed the issues and are restarting affected services as needed. Production reports that gangs are now drawing and the kitting labels have started printing as expected. Next update in 15 minutes.

Production in BHI have reported that gangs are currently getting stuck in Drawing or RIP statuses as well as issues with kitting labels. Errors indicate a possible issue from the conduit and file transfer services. Fulfillment dev squads are already online and reviewing the issue.
