The WND team has informed us that the failed SOGs count has now decreased to 200 from 4,000. The support team is still investigating the issue. The next update will be provided in 30 minutes or less.

CTIM is currently investigating, as a high priority, an incident affecting (WND) in which a large number of SOGs are failing to plan. The majority of failures are calling out Roll Labels, Sheet Stickers, Stickers, etc. Failed SOGs exceed 2,000 and are still climbing. The next update will be provided in 30 minutes or less
