CJ continues to experience errors when attempting to re-try the shipment. Engaging support teams for next steps.

Since the manifest data cannot be altered once it’s been sent to the carriers, the shipments will need to be reviewed and resent in tomorrow’s shipment. We will follow up during business hours and provide another update at that time (max 12 hours).

The manifest issue originally reported has been resolved. Support teams are still discussing possible options to remediate a separate problem where a mismatched quantity appears on the manifest due to a processing mistake in production.
Since the manifests cannot be redacted, the affected item will likely need to be pulled and repacked with the correct quantity that was input during shipping for the data to match.
