None of the screens in the VEN Viper application were loading, impacting supervisors and planning teams across all workflows. The issue was observed across multiple screens, with errors indicating failures in accessing dependent services such as GangBatcher and authentication endpoints. Initial checks showed services running, but users were unable to proceed with any actions in the application.
Logging out and logging back in routed users to a different server with a valid gateway configuration, which restored functionality. The issue cleared without direct service restarts, and all users later confirmed normal operation.
