UPDATE:

The system has been stable for the past 30 minutes. The suspended order count remains at ~380. Error rates look healthy now and routing has successfully processed approximately two-thirds of the affected orders. The remaining batch is being retried to clear the rest of the suspended orders. We will continue to monitor and share further updates or max in 1 hour.

Around 10:10 AM UTC, the Pricer service began returning 500 Internal Server Errors, leading to elevated error rates and routing failures. The deployment was rolled back, and error rates across the Calculator and Pricing services have recovered. Routing auto-retries caused temporary spikes in suspended orders, which stabilized around 11:15 AM UTC. The teams are monitoring the situation closely, and manual routing re-runs are being performed as traffic returns to normal.
