The team observed an issue where orders were not loading in the Review application, impacting DR and BIR workflows. Initial checks indicated that multiple users were affected. The investigation suggested the issue was likely related to a recent deployment. The team reverted the deployment which resolved the issue. The problem started around 7:55 PM IST and was resolved by 8:20 PM IST.
