Incident Resolved: CTIM-2186
The support team has informed us that the shells for some rolled-over batches were not marked as fulfilled, which caused the issue. The batches are now visible for Inkcups01, Inkcups05, and Inkcups09; therefore, the case status is being moved to Contained.
