Shipping prices for certain products in Pratt are configured using Merchant Options, a setup that is currently not supported by the website. As a result, shipping prices are displayed as $0 on the website for affected products. Issue started 30 minutes ago and more products are affected. To prevent incorrect pricing from being shown to customers, the shipping price configurations need to be reverted until the website fully supports shipping prices with Merchant Options. Requesting team to assist on this further.
