UPDATE:

The issue has been identified as being related to a secret rotation problem which is currently being fixed. There’s ~3k orders affected that haven’t been released. We will send another update in 1 hour.

Vista orders are currently unable to be released due to a payments issue during processing. The errors are not visible to customers but unreleased Vista orders are accumulating. Commerce teams are already online and reviewing the issue.
