As discussed, the Support team will look into this issue once they are back from the holiday season on January 5. They will address it on priority. CTIM will follow up with the FPO team on January 5.

This issue was raised on Dec 12, and a fix was made by FPO. The last update from FPO mentioned that the gangertItemType was missed and that was fixed. However, the issue still seems to be occurring. The ietmDNAs are active, and we could not predict what is wrong. Cimpress Open has temporarily stopped selling all hoodies due to this issue. At the moment, we cannot be sure whether orders are passing correctly to production or getting rejected. This is contributing to a loss, as no new orders are coming in, resulting in approximately USD 1.5K per week in missed bookings. CTIM will provide update in every 8-12hours.
