After the rollback, Expected Delivery Options are now appearing in some of the previously-affected orders. We’re currently checking with the affected organizations to verify. We’ll keep the incident open until we can confirm the problem is fully resolved.

The problem has been identified as being caused by a recent migration that updated the endpoints. Product Catalog teams are currently rolling back that change to address the issue. Next update in 30 minutes.

BoxUp is currently experiencing an issue with Expected Delivery Options failing, preventing customers from completing checkout. The problem is affecting multiple products when higher quantities are selected. Product Catalog teams are already online and reviewing the issue.
