UPDATE:

Slowness has improved significantly. After reprocessing, all failed items were successfully sent to RIP. We will continue to monitor for some time to ensure everything is working as expected. The team will also investigate further to identify the root cause.

Initial checks show no issues with the SQL cluster. Only a couple of transient deadlocks were observed in the last 12 hours, and they resolved automatically. Cluster health looks good for primary DB. Recent Viper logs also do not show any errors related to file I/O or FTS. Investigation is ongoing, and we’ll share further updates as we learn more max in 30 minutes

DPK is facing slowness in WebShell and Viper stations while transferring files, which is causing transfer failures to RIP and slow transfers to the presses. This issue is impacting all VSOs and job details. Currently, they are observing multiple Order Services running long queries. The next update will be shared in 30mins or less.
