NatPen-MEX Laser Printers Not Printing Barcodes

Incident Resolved: CTIM-2166
Support teams have confirmed remediation was successful for current shift as well as the affected orders, ending the halt of production. Should any residual barcode issues arise, production is able to reprint to resolve those items. This Incident is contained.

UPDATE:

Support teams have rolled back a deployment believed to be the cause of this issue. As the plant has started their 4pm plan, teams will wait to hear back from production on any issues with laser printers not printing barcodes. Next update will be during IST business hours.

Production has terminated the orders where barcodes were not being printed. These orders have been assigned to a new plan which will start at 4pm PST. Next update to be provided in one hour, following the new plan, or sooner.
