Payments Service Issues
UPDATE:
Commerce teams plan to reenable the Multibanco payment option by 9am IST (~3.5 hours from now). The Ctools functionality should be restored by that time. We will follow up to provide another update in the AM IST.
UPDATE:
The problem is limited to transactions in Portugal that go through Multibanco. Support teams are planning to disable that option from the UI until the third-party dependency has recovered. Next update in 1 hour or sooner.

Commerce teams have reported errors from the “Payments Ctools Service”. This appears to be due to an outage for a third-party service. Current impact is unknown at this point, more details are being gathered now.
