It’s been confirmed that the SAPI errors are related to an ongoing incident regarding the Item Service (CTIM-2121). Ongoing updates will be posted in that channel, though we will monitor this issue once that has been resolved to confirm the problem is fixed. Next update here in 1 hour.

Production in WND is experiencing SAPI errors in Binning when printing labels. The errors appear to be coming from the ‘shipman’ service (SAPI returned 424 when calling shipman, 500 response code).
