Teams removed the problematic Fulfillment location entirely which has eliminated any risk to critical services. Incident Contained.

Products are being assigned to an unsupported CJ fulfillment location (db9qe3fj), causing repeated MIS ‘Unknown Fulfillment Location’ errors. These errors generate spikes to Garuda services that are passed on to Dispatch services. These errors are causing spikes which put at risk the stability of services responsible for deliverable dates, fallbacks, and downstream order routing.
