UPDATE:
Team identified the root cause of the issue as a recent product configuration update that led to a surface mismatch for this SKU. Requested Vista team to work on fixing the configuration or rolling back to the previous stable version. So far 70 orders are impacted. We will share another update once Vista team is online and share more information on the remediation.
