The affected shipments have been voided and the customer has been notified that those will need to be removed from the truck. The other items can proceed.

Teams have identified that certain shipments (19 total) were not declared to customs which caused the manifest to fail. The affected shipments were not included in the docs generated for the user. Teams are still working to resolve the problem. Next update in 1 hour or sooner.
