UPDATE:

After taking into account the impact and risk of this fix, Vista teams have agreed to schedule the deployment for the Studio updates for tomorrow (November 26) at 5am Eastern Standard Time (EST). Next update will be tomorrow morning during EST shift.

Vista teams are currently meeting to determine if the update should be deployed or if it needs to wait until after holiday. Simultaneously, developers are working on the fix to be deployed, should teams decide to do so. Next update will be by end of the business day.

Vista teams continue to discuss best course of action to address the problem with Studio mobile uploads while also assessing the full impact of any deployments. Next update in 1 hour.

CT has released the fix in the latest SDK but CT and Vista teams are determining the best course of action to address the problem without deploying untested changes into Studio that would be included in the latest version. Next update in max 1 hour.

CT has deployed an update to Studio that has fixed the QR code mobile upload issue. Vista teams are currently testing a rollback to a previous Studio version that will resolve the issue. Next update in max 30 minutes.

After rolling back to previous version some response is that that is working as a containment, but still awaiting confirmation from all users.

Cimpress believes they have found the root cause and are working on a solution which will then require Vista to take the most recent Version. Next update in max 30 minutes.
