The support team confirmed that they did not encounter any errors in order operations, everything is working as expected. hence, we are moving the case status to contained.

Optic Squad has informed that they are currently observing a 0% error rate after restarting their infrastructure. CTIM will continue to monitor for a few more minutes before considering it fully resolved.

Commerce team have received an alert via New Relic for failed steps on Workflow Controller which impacts Order Processing for all Merchants onto Order Operations. Currently Optic team is working on this issue.
