Artwork teams report that recovery for the Artwork Generation endpoint began ~30min ago and has since returned to normal. We will monitor for another 30 minutes before containing the incident.

We just received confirmation that the Ideogram outage is related to the ongoing issues with Cloudflare. We will continue to update this channel as we get more details on the Cloudflare recovery.

CT teams are monitoring the situation. Ideogram has yet to show the outage on their status page so there’s little visibility into the problem currently. We will send another update in 30 minutes or sooner if more details become available.

Artwork teams reported increased error responses and timeouts from Imagemind services. LogoMaker is affected. Artwork teams are already aware of the issue.
