Cloudflare systems are fully functional again. No additional reports of problems from BoxUp. At this point, the incident is contained.

UPDATE:
Correction: this particular issue is caused by the failure of services that support the BoxUp integration for their product pages, which are not provided by CT.
Rather, the Cloudflare outage directly impacts a 3rd party service (DatoCMS) which is part of their integration. We will continue to monitor the situation.

Recent Cloudflare update (16:46 UTC) indicates reduced errors from their end. We will confirm whether there’s been any improvement to CT services.

Box Up is so far the only business reporting impact with their internal Editor tool very slow. Further no other clearly related impacts to the Cloudfare issue reported.

Team informed us that Some customers may be still experiencing issues logging into or using the Cloudflare dashboard. they are working on a fix to resolve this, and continuing to monitor for any further issues.

BoxUp reported that the product page is not loading on their website. Team has confirmed that ongoing issue with DatoCMS which is related to Cloudflare Outage related to this issue, Support team have made changes that have allowed Cloudflare Access and WARP to recover. Error levels for Access and WARP users have returned to pre-incident rates. Team have re-enabled WARP access in London.
