Third-party is reporting this issue as resolved. Teams also see Logomaker and other services returning to normal speeds. CTIM to tentatively call this contained, we will fully resolve in 30 minutes if there are no further reports.

CT and Vista Teams continue to see improvements, though some slowness still observed. Third-party, Ideogram has reported two of three services working as expected and they continue to work on the recovery of the final one. Next update in max 30 minutes.
