UPDATE:

Vista has reported additional impact to the Reply Recommendations system due to the degradation of OpenAI’s services. They have noticed some recovery in the last 30 minutes. We will provide another update in 1 hour or sooner.

The internal Dev team is still seeing the timeouts intermittently and they continue to monitor it for sometime. Next update will be provided when everything remains stable or max in 1 hour.

Outages with third-party services are causing elevated error rates and increased response times across multiple ArtworkIntelligence endpoints. The issue began around 3:30 AM EST. So far, there have been no reports from external customers, but internal teams have raised concerns. The team has also recently observed an impact on Pixart AI Studio. The issue seems to be resolved from 3rd party side but still the internal teams are observing timeouts intermittently. Next update will be provided within 30 minutes.
