Vista CARE teams informed us they had already replaced the orders that were potentially impacted last week. At this point, we can consider this incident contained.

So far, it still seems only one order is affected. We’ve reached out to Vista CARE teams to notify them of the impacted item. Next update will be once we hear back and have more information on the next steps.

Adding Vista for visibility. After reviewing all the shipments in that timeframe that haven’t yet been delivered, there’s one that is possibly directly affected by the accident. We will reach out to Vista CARE teams to see how they’d like to proceed.

Logistics teams are investigating the issue by identifying any shipment to Hawaii from October 27 across all fulfillers. For items that have not been delivered as expected or have a specific status update from UPS, we will flag as potentially affected. Next update in 1 hour.

Following the accident of UPS Flight 2976, we are attempting to gather information on whether any shipments bound for Hawaii we on-board so that we can proactively notify the customers.
