Escalation sent to: CTIM for review.
This behavior started about 30 minutes ago and affected QSI stations across the plant, which are critical for users to log in and perform their tasks. DPK IT raised the issue with Okta Help and is waiting for assistance. In the meantime, the Vista Service Desk implemented a fix. We are currently awaiting confirmation from the plant to verify that the issue is resolved.
