Services in us-east-1 have stabilized while eu-west-1 is still improving with some backlogged items remaining. Vista teams confirm that they’re seeing a decrease in errors.

The Studio asset upload flow is experiencing a spike in “Asset ImageInfo not available” errors from the Sherbert service, impacting a large number of user sessions. The team is online and actively investigating the issue with high priority. The next update will be provided within 30 minutes.
