Manifest failures affecting Pixart

UPDATE:

After attempted improvements another manifest for France Express was failed after a DPD employee again manually confirmed a shipment. The France Express team has now written into code a change that should prevent DPD employees from doing this. Teams are awaiting this evening’s Pixart manifestation to see if this has been a successful change.

CTIM has shared an update with the Carrier and Pixart after aligning with Logistics teams. The next update will be when a meeting is confirmed between these three parties: France Express Carrier/Logistics/Pixart. This is expected to take place next week.

Carrier is checking this with there development team, additionally they are developing an application to try to reproduce the problem we are experiencing.

The issue is intermittent and the support team is checking with carrier team for further resolution. Next update when we get more information from the carrier team.

The Logistics team has been unable to find any issues on the CT side. We are still waiting for an update from the carrier. The next update will be provided after we hear back from the carrier team.
