UPDATE:

The carrier indicates that the problems with their API should now be resolved. We will keep the incident open until we have confirmation from production that shipments using Purolator are being processed successfully.

The carrier has responded that they don’t currently have an ETA for resolution. Production in WND is reporting 500+ affected shipments at this point.

Since the impact is ongoing and increasing, we’re upgrading this to an MPI for visibility. We will continue to request updates from the carrier and provide them as soon as we have more information.

Logistics is currently reaching out to the carrier to request an ETA. We will monitor the situation and send another update in an hour or sooner if more details become available.

The carrier has confirmed that they’re currently experiencing problems with their API and are actively working the issue. Production in WND has halted shipping due to the increasing amount of failed shipments. Next update in 30 minutes.
