UPDATE:

Paperless teams have made adjustments to the shift to allow manual batches to be created. The old batches have been reassigned, pending confirmation from production. Next update in 30 minutes.

Paperless teams have determined the issue to be caused by a rollover feature that has not yet been enabled for MEX production. Paperless teams are currently working on a remediation strategy. Next update in 30min.
