A permanent fix was pushed to production prior to the last update. We will follow up with the support teams to confirm the emails from October 31 through today were resent as discussed. At this point, the incident is contained.

The root cause of the incident has been identified. Order confirmation emails continue to be going out successfully since the previous release was rolled back. Support teams have been discussing the details around resending the missed order confirmations.

Commerce teams are now seeing an increase in order confirmation emails being sent after rolling back a previous deployment. We will continue to monitor the issue to verify that the problem is fixed.

Vista reported that order confirmation emails are not being sent to customers as expected. The issue appears to have started on October 22 and is affecting users in various locales. Commerce teams are already aware and currently reviewing the issue.
