UPDATE:
While there have been no further updates from GLS yet, the plant is reporting that I-pack’s and PDA’s are working again as expected so we are considering this Resolved. No further updates.
UPDATE:
GLS has updated that they have ‘initiated a deployment of their “last known good” configuration’ and expect around 6:41pm UTC or 19:45 CET (local time) that there should be marked improvement. Next update when it’s shared by GLS or when Venlo recovers.
UPDATE:
There is currently a major shipping issue affecting the Venlo plant. Logistics teams determined this is related to the carrier GLS-NL. The carrier has responded this is related to a third-party outage of Microsoft Azure that is affecting the GLS services. They shared the next update will be in about 20 minutes. CTIM will also share updates as they come in, but there is no action here for any Cimpress Technology team to take.

Issue has been found to be with GLS-NL Carrier. Logistics is reaching out to the carrier now. Next update in max 30 minutes.
