Resolved

Incident Resolved: CTIM-1985
Support Teams have contained or resolved the issue. Please contact MIS PBM or see ticket for more details.

Updated

UPDATE:

The Support team informed that the new update to chrome blocks requests from the Webshell unless explicitly allowed.
If a pop-up appears requesting access to local networks, users need to allow it. This should resolve the gateway timeout and CORS errors occurring in the latest Chrome versions.
Currently, the Venlo team has shared the script with the Support team so they can check whether it’s possible to skip the permission deletion. The next update within a maximum of 2 hours.

Updated

UPDATE:

The WND team identified that the new Chrome update caused this issue. They have reinstalled an older version, which resolved the problem. The Support team is currently investigating the root cause and working on a permanent fix. Next update in max 2hours or less.

Updated

UPDATE:

Windsor IT informed us that one of the systems has started running as expected. We are currently waiting for confirmation on the remaining systems. Venlo has also reported an issue with one system. The next update will be provided in 2 hours or less.

The Support team attempted to log in to the Windsor WebShell environment and did not encounter any issues during the scan. We are currently waiting for Windsor to restart and attempt to log in again. The next update will be provided in 1 hour or less.
