Escalation sent to: Access Domain for review.
Access domain teams have reported increased latency in the Accounts API due to unexpected high throughput. This produced an increased error rate that seems to have subsided at this point. We will monitor the situation and hold off on paging any support teams unless the problem reoccurs.
