Incident Resolved: CTIM-1908
The Vista team confirmed that the root cause was with a third-party vendor, DeepSync/AccuData, and not with Cimpress. The disruption originated from the vendor’s infrastructure or account authentication. Services have now been restored. CTIM will send the PIA and close the case by end of day today.

The Address Management Purchase API is failing due to a DeepSync service downtime. Investigation confirmed that the dependency failure is occurring through the AccuData Wrapper component, which is owned by the Product Catalog Domain. Requesting the team to work on resolving the issue during their business hours.
