Incident Resolved: CTIM-1905
Teams found that the ‘Out Of Stock’ messages affecting some VCS ProsShop SKU’s were related to recent changes to specific product SKU’s. Vista IRT has started up a new incident to investigate who might have made these changes on the Vista side. No further action for CT teams. Incident Contained.
