“Moving this case to ‘Contained’ as the teams have identified this incident as similar root cause to previous incidents which has been resolved. Remediation efforts will continue. CTIM will conduct a full postmortem and include this incident in the discussion and documentation.

UPDATE:
The incidents that encountered the DSS issue last night were: #CTIM-1900, #CTIM-1901, and #CTIM-1899. We are currently awaiting confirmation to determine whether new orders are also affected. CTIM will proceed based on the response from the support teams. Next update in 30mins or less.

Since October 13th, over 2000+ Vistaprint merchant orders have failed in Careforce before being injected into MCP due to the following reason: ‘No Order Item Failure Specification exists for event item.’ We are adding the Vista team to the channel for further discussion
