UPDATE:

Gitlab is reporting this to be Contained. So far only Venlo plant has reported any negative affect from the Gitlab outage. Teams are working to confirm that Venlo is now fully operational before Containing this incident.

Gitlab is currently experiencing an outage which could affect multiple portions of VIPER technology and thus production. While Venlo is the only reported team so far, this could affect all plants. Please join slack channel for updates as Gitlab (third-party) investigates.

Since approximate 1 hour ago Venlo production has been majorly impacted. Orignally the issue was with Plan Publisher throwing errors, after restart that has resolved issues for Binning and overall impact across all VSO. However, teams now see Decorations and Digital gangs stuck in status ‘Waiting for Ganging.’ Teams attempt containment of restarting Gang Committer with no success. Please help to investigate.
