Containing incident to close Status Page. Cimpress Open has confirmed they will be going live next week with UPS for Spanish deliveries.

UPDATE:

Teams have outlined the situation and agreed there are only a few possibilities/options for Cimpress Open to choose from as MCP does not currently support NACEX carrier in the way that Amazon is requiring and this cannot be changed quickly but would require a wide ranging project/change. Next update will be when CTIM has had more feedback from Cimpress Open.

Teams are actively investigating how to surface the required tracking info in MCP for Cimpress Open’s Amazon ES shipments. Next update in 1 hour or less.
