Host machine remains stable since 2:30pm. No further reports from production. We will follow up with support teams to find out more info on the connectivity problem that caused the issue. Next update in 1 hour.
UPDATE:
Production reports that the shipping issues are stabilizing. The Order Publisher host experienced some degradation in connectivity from ~2:09pm ET - 2:33pm ET. We will continue to monitor the situation. Next update in 30 minutes.

Production has reported they are unable to ship most orders due to ‘task canceled’ errors from the Orders service. There seems to be some recovery but not fully.
