Investigando

New Incident: CTIM-1889
Priority: Low
Escalation sent to: eCommerce Support for review.
The VistaCart system experienced a spike in timeout exceptions on key APIs, specifically the “Begin Checkout” and “Set Payment Method” endpoints. This led to errors when attempting to convert a cart into a confirmed order. Other write APIs, such as address updates, were also affected.
The issue has auto-resolved, but we need to understand the root cause; therefore, eCommerce Support has been added for assistance.
