Shift plan issues in Laser workflow (Australia)
Incident Resolved: CTIM-1886
At this point, the incident is considered contained, as production has not been halted. Batches rolled over from the previous shift, along with manual batches created by the NP team, are keeping operations running. The Dev team will prioritize investigating the root cause, and CTIM will follow up to ensure all findings are properly documented.
