Networking team found issues and pushed some changes to the firewall hoping that would resolve the issue. We are awaiting confirmation from the plant

The DPK plant is experiencing webshell slowness during loading. The team observed around 40% packet loss on Ethernet at SDWAN, despite the network showing minimal usage. The issue began about 45 minutes ago. Packers are experiencing a loading circle for 20–30 seconds each time, but once it completes, they are able to proceed with shipping normally. While it isn’t currently stopping any production workflows, it is causing slowness.
