Review app artsits are facing download issue
Incident Resolved: CTIM-1861
Artists are now able to download artwork and the issue appears to have auto-resolved. The support team has provided a workaround if the issue reoccur. At this point incident is contained.

The page has been sent to the relevant support team and we are awaiting their response. The next update will be shared once they are online and actively investigating the issue.

Many review artists are experiencing slow download speeds from the review app. It currently takes around 2.4 minutes to download a 10 MB file. The speed is inconsistent—sometimes normal, but at other times significantly slower. The issue started about an hour ago.
