All orders have been marked as rejected and subsequently reinjected as confirmed by the National Pen team. We will wait to contain the incident once we can verify those orders are ready for production.

UPDATE:

Teams are currently working to verify the affected items that are still rejected in Paperless system to be reinjected back into the NP Oracle system. This is likely related to the remediation processes from yesterday’s incident and being actively worked on to correct. Next update in 1 hour or sooner depending on the progress.

Prepress teams have found rejections were not due to MRD. Paperless teams now checking the reason for the rejections. Next update in max 30 minutes.
