Production confirms the issue is already resolved and the Planner UI is functioning as expected again. At this point, the incident is contained.

UPDATE:
The Paperless dev squad indicated that the issue was previously resolved after reverting a change to the Planner UI earlier today. Currently awaiting confirmation from the fulfiller on whether they’re still experiencing the issue.

Production has reported that they are unable to view or edit machine configurations in Planner. Errors state that ‘no machines are configured’. Impact to production will increase as current work runs out and they’re unable to activate additional machines.
