Since the issue doesn’t have a defined start date (ie. the API has never returned this specific data since it was first implemented in Studio), the remediations will likely have to be handled on a case-by-case basis. Customer Care teams have been notified. At this point, the incident is contained.

The Artwork Generation API has been intermittently dropping the pageNumber property in CimDoc during the call. This issue, ongoing for the past 12 hours, results in incorrect rendering of artwork assets—most notably, front-side artwork being duplicated on the back side, even when users upload different designs for each.
